| 中文摘要： | 目的：建立鼻宁喷雾剂的高效液相色谱（HPLC）指纹图谱。方法：采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Neptune C18，流动相为乙腈-0.2％磷酸溶液（梯度洗脱），流速为1.0 mL/min，检测波长为326 nm，柱温为25 ℃，进样量为10 μL。以芦丁为参照，测定20批样品的HPLC图谱，采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》（2012版）进行共有峰指认和相似度评价。结果：20批鼻宁喷雾剂的HPLC图谱有40个共有峰，相似度均＞0.9。经验证，20批样品HPLC图谱与对照指纹图谱具有较好的一致性。结论：该研究所建指纹图谱可为鼻宁喷雾剂的鉴别和质量评价提供参考。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To establish HPLC fingerprint of Bining nasal spray. METHODS： HPLC method was performed. The determination was performed on Neptune C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2％ phosphoric acid （gradient elution） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 326 nm， and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The sample size was 10 μL. Using rutin as reference， HPLC chromatograms of 20 batches of samples were determined. Common peak identification and similarity evaluation were conducted by using Similarity Evaluation System for TCM Fingerprint （2012 edition）. RESULTS： There were 40 common peaks in HPLC chromatograms of 20 batches of Bining nasal spray， with similarity ＞0.9. After validation， HPLC chromatograms of 20 batches of samples were in good agreement with the control fingerprints of those. CONCLUSIONS： Established fingerprint can provide reference for identification and quality evaluation of Bining nasal spray. |
