| 中文摘要： | 目的：观察长春西汀联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法：56例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组（28例）和观察组（28例）。在常规治疗的基础上，对照组患者给予注射用长春西汀20 mg，静脉滴注，每日1次；观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予注射用血栓通（冻干）150 mg，静脉滴注，每日1次。两组均治疗2周。观察两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、血管性血友病因子（vWF）、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1 （sVCAM-1）、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1（sICAM-1）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素8（IL-8）水平及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者总有效率（96.43％）显著高于对照组（78.57％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清VEGF水平均显著高于同组治疗前，且观察组显著高于对照组；两组患者NIHSS评分、血清vWF、sVCAM-1、sICAM-1、CRP、IL-8水平均显著低于同组治疗前，且观察组显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上，长春西汀联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性均较好。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of vinpocetine combined with xueshuantong in the treatment of cerebral infarction. METHODS： 56 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group （28 cases） and observation group （28 cases）. On the basis of routine treatment， control group was given Vinpocetine for injection 20 mg， once a day. Observation group was additionally given Xueshuantong for injection （lyophilized） 150 mg， intravenously， once a day， on the basis of control group. Both groups received treatment for 2 weeks. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were observed. The levels of NIHSS score、VEGF， vWF， sVCAM-1， sICAM-1， CRP and IL-8， the occurrence of ADR were observed before and after treatment. RESULTS： Total response rate of observation group （96.43％） was significantly higher than that of control group （78.57％）， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. After treatment， the serum levels of VEGF in 2 groups were significantly higher than before treatment， and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The serum levels of NIHSS score、vWF， sVCAM-1， sICAM-1， CRP and IL-8 in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment， and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups （P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Based on routine treatment，vinpocetine combined with xueshuantong show good therapeutic efficacy and safety for cerebral infarction. |
