| 中文摘要： | 目的：为酸模属植物的进一步开发利用提供参考。方法：以“Rumex”“土大黄”“羊蹄根”“羊蹄草”“羊蹄叶”等为关键词，通过万象云专利信息搜索及情报服务平台检索2017年11月20日之前国内外的所有相关专利，并分析其整体发展趋势、法律状态、申请人以及技术领域等信息。结果与结论：共检索到1 269件酸模属植物相关专利，专利申请数量从2010年之后增长明显；其中申请量最多的为东亚三国，依次为中国（占78.17％）、韩国（占8.27％）和日本（占4.02％）。与其他国家、地区及组织相比，中国在专利申请、授权量等方面已大幅领先，其中处于实质审查状态专利447件，实质审查率达45.06％，表明其发展潜力巨大；另一方面，其专利授权率最低，仅为9.07％，授权/失效指数仅为0.24，也反映出目前中国的相关专利整体质量还有待提高。申请人类型以个人及企事业单位为主（占比近90％），而科研院所、大专院校占比不到7％。拥有专利数量排前10位的机构有6个来自于中国，这6个机构拥有的有效专利、处于实质审查或公布状态的专利、失效专利分别占这10个机构中该类专利总数的71.43％、77.05％、26.67％，表明中国相关机构对酸模属植物开发研究的情况良好。在研究领域方面，国内外对酸模属植物的开发研究主要集中于皮肤病、抗感染和消化道疾病等医学与卫生学领域，这说明其在医疗用途方面具有重要的开发价值，值得深入研究。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for further development and utilization of Rumex. METHODS： Using “Rumex” “Rumex madaio” ”Rumex japonicus” “Emilia sonchifolia” and “the leaves of Rumex” as search keywords， the domestic and foreign patents before Nov. 20th， 2017 were retrieved through Vientiane cloud patent information search and information service platform. The development， legal status， applicant and technical field of patent were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS： A total of 1 269 items of patents about Rumex were retrieved， and the number of patent application was increased significantly since 2010； the largest number of patent application were from East Asia， involving China （78.17％）， South Korea （8.27％） and Japan （4.02％）. Compared with other countries， areas and organizations， China has a comfortable leading in terms of patent applications and authorization quantity. On the one hand， there are 447 audited patents that accounted for 45.06％， indicating the good developing prospect； on the other hand， the lowest authorization rate is 9.07％， authorized/invalid index is 0.24， which indicates that the quality of the patents should be further enhanced. The type of applicants are mainly personal，enterprise and institution（accounting for 90％ about）， while scientific research institution， colleges and universities accounted for less than 7％. According to the quantity of patent holding， there are 6 institutions from China among the top 10； the effective，audited or opened and invalid patents of those 6 Chinese institutions accounts for 71.43％，77.05％ and 26.67％ of this type among the top 10 institutions， respectively. It reflects good development and research of Rumex by Chinese institutions. In terms of research field， the development and research of Rumex at home and abroad mainly focus on medicine and health sciences， such as skin dermatosis，anti-infection and digestive tract disease. It indicates that there is a great value in medical use of Rumex， which is worth of further research. |
