| 中文摘要： | 目的：探索一种较新的药品调剂部门管理模式。方法：对我院药品调剂部门进行整合，将原有的4个药房整合为门/急诊部和住院部两大药品调剂中心，制订并实施了改变各药品调剂中心服务内容、改变药品流通路径、设置账务药师与审方药师岗位、实行药品全面送达科室患者等管理措施；再采用PDCA循环管理对整合后调剂部门的管理工作进行优化，收集、统计、分析整合及PDCA循环管理前（2017年12月－2018年2月）、后（2018年3月－2018年5月）药品调剂部门的工作效率、库存周转金额、审方覆盖率、处方合格率、送药率等指标结果，并通过抽样调查进行内部评价和外部评价以对管理效果进行评价。结果：我院药学部经整合及PDCA循环管理后，药品调剂部门工作效率提高了20.4％、库存周转金额降低了37.6％、审方覆盖率达到了85.7％、处方合格率达到了94.3％、送药率达到了97.8％；内部与外部评价结果认为此次整合合理的占比分别为95％、93％。结论：我院药品调剂部门经整合后，建立了新的管理模式，提高了药学服务水平。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To explore a new management mode of drug dispensing departments. METHODS： To integration the drug dispensing departments in our hospital， the original 4 pharmacies were integrated into 2 dispensing centers of outpatient department and inpatient department， the management measures were formulated and implemented， such as changing the content of drug dispensing center service， changing drug distribution pathway， setting up accounting pharmacist and prescription pharmacist position， implementing comprehensive drug delivery. The management of drug dispensing departments was optimized with PDCA cycle management. The work efficiency， inventory turnover sum， coverage rate of prescription checking， prescription pass rate and drug delivery rate were collected， analyzed and counted before （Dec. 2017-Feb. 2018） and after integration and PDCA cycle management （Mar. 2018-May 2018）. The internal evaluation and external evaluation were conducted by sampling survey so as to evaluate the effects of management mode. RESULTS： After integration and PDCA cycle management in pharmacy department of our hospital， work efficiency of drug dispensing department increased by 20.4％； inventory turnover sums decreased by 37.6％； the coverage rate of prescription checking reached 85.7％； The rate of qualified prescription reached 94.3％， delivery rate reached 97.8％. The proportion of rational integration by internal evaluation and external evaluation were 95％ and 93％. CONCLUSIONS： After integration， drug dispensing department establish new management mode and improve pharmaceutical care. |
