| 中文摘要： | 目的：为临床研究中药治疗卒中提供参考。方法：通过文献计量学理论与社会网络分析方法，在中国知网、万方数据、维普网等数据库中检索2008年1月－2018年7月中药治疗卒中的相关文献，导出文献题录，利用文献题录信息统计分析工具SATI 3.2提取作者信息。根据普赖斯定律确定核心作者候选人，采用社会网络分析软件Ucinet 6.0及Netdraw绘制核心作者关系图，挖掘国内中药治疗卒中的核心学术团队，总结学术团队的学术思想及在该领域的研究方向。在PubMed中检索2008年1月－2018年7月中药治疗卒中的外文文献，总结其研究方向，并与国内情况进行对比。结果与结论：检索获得符合要求的中文文献1 752篇，外文文献516篇。从作者发文量与H指数的角度以及作者之间的合作关系，筛选出78个候选核心作者，其中54个作者有合作关系，最后确定了6个国内具有较高影响力的学术团队，这些团队形成了各具特色的学术思想与研究方向，与国际期刊上发表的同一领域文献具有一定的共通性。 其中，谢雁鸣团队关注于中药对缺血性脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响；胡永善团队关注于针刺、中药治疗卒中后抑郁症；闫咏梅团队采用中西医结合的方法治疗卒中后抑郁症；刘海兰团队研究在常规治疗护理的基础上结合中药烫疗患肢肌群治疗中风并发症；刘永琦团队利用统计学的方法研究中药治疗脑卒中的用药规律；王芳团队研究中药熏蒸与穴位盒灸对中风患者恢复期的影响。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of stroke in clinical study. METHODS： Through bibliometrics theory and social network analysis methods， related literatures about TCM in the treatment of stroke were retrieved from CNKI， Wanfang， VIP database during Jan. 2008-Jul. 2018. After exporting bibliography， the bibliographic information statistical analysis tool SATI3.2 was used to extract the author’s information. The candidates of the core authors were determined according to the Price’s law. The social network analysis software Ucinet 6.0 and Netdraw were adopted to draw the core authors diagram， mine core academic team about TCM in the treatment of stroke and summarize academic thought and research direction of academic team in this field. The foreign literatures on TCM in the treatment of stroke were retrieved from PubMed during Jan. 2008-Jul. 2018， and its research direction were summarized and compared with the domestic situation. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS： A total of 1 752 Chinese literatures and 516 foreign literatures were retrieved in accordance with the requirements. From the point of view of the authors’ contribution quantity and the H index as well as the relationship between the authors， a total of 78 candidate core authors were selected， 54 of the authors were co-authors， six domestic influential academic teams were identified finally， they had formed various academic ideas and research directions in this field， which had certain commonality with the same field of literatures published in the international journals. Xie Yanming’s team was concerned about the effect of TCM on the ability of daily living in ischemic stroke patients； Hu Yongshan’s team focused on acupuncture and TCM for post-stroke depression； Yan Yongmei’s team used integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat post-stroke depression； Liu Hailan’s team studied the treatment of apoplexy complications on the basis of routine treatment and nursing combined with TCM scalding therapy of muscle group in affected limb； Liu Yongqi’s team used statistical methods to study the medication rule of TCM for stroke. Wang Fang’s team studied the influence of herbal fumigation and acupoint box moxibustion on the recovery period of stroke patients. |
