| 中文摘要： | 目的：建立同时测定壮药愈疡散中紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent ODS，流动相为乙腈-水（梯度洗脱），流速为1 ml/min，检测波长为210 nm，柱温为30 ℃，进样量为5 μl。结果：紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷检测进样量线性范围分别为0.71～3.55（r＝0.999 7）、1.62～8.10 μg（r＝0.999 8）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜3％；加样回收率试验分别为100.8％～104.9％（RSD＝1.7％，n＝6）、96.0％～100.8％（RSD＝2.2％，n＝6）。结论：该方法操作简便、稳定、重复性好，可用于壮药愈疡散中紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷含量的同时测定。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of syringinand and pedunculoside in Zhuang medicine Yuyang powder. METHODS：HPLC was performed on the column of Agilent ODS with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water （gradient elution） at a flow rate of 1 ml/min， the detection wavelength was 210 nm， the column temperature was 30 ℃，and the injection volume was 5 μl. RESULTS：The linear range was 0.71-3.55 μg for syringin（r＝0.999 7） and 1.62-8.10 μg for pedunculoside（r＝0.999 8）， respectively； RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3％； recoveries were 100.8％-104.9％（RSD＝1.7％，n＝6） and 96.0％-100.8％（RSD＝2.2％，n＝6）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple， stable and reproducible， and can be used for the simultaneous determination of syringinand and pedunculoside in Zhuang medicine Yuyang powder. |
