| 中文摘要： | 目的：评价酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合酒石酸布托啡诺对骨折术后急性疼痛患者的镇痛效果及安全性。方法：选取骨折术后急性疼痛患者76例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各38例。对照组患者采用酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液30 mg，ivgtt，再以2 ml/h给予该药0.5 mg/kg，ivgtt；观察组患者在对照组基础上给予酒石酸布托啡诺30 mg，ivgtt。两组患者治疗前及治疗后10 min、1、2、4、6 h采用视觉模拟量表（VAS）评价疼痛程度，并观察药品不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后10 min、1、2、4、6 h，两组患者VAS评分明显低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后6 h，观察组患者VAS评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后10 min、1、2、4 h两组患者VAS评分组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组患者不良反应发生率（5.26％）显著低于对照组（21.05％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合酒石酸布托啡诺较单用酮咯酸氨丁三醇用于骨折术后急性疼痛患者镇痛时间短，效果相当，但不良反应发生率更低。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To observe analgesic effect and safety of ketorolac tromethamine combined with butorphanol tartrate in the treatment of acute pain after fracture surgery. METHODS： 76 acute pain patients after fracture surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 38 cases in each group. Control group was given Ketorolac tromethamine injection 30 mg，ivgtt， and then 2 ml/h， 0.5 mg/kg， ivgtt； observation group was additionally given butorphanol tartrate 10 mg，ivgtt， on the basis of control group. Pain degree was evaluated with VAS before and 10 min， 1， 2， 4 and 6 h after treatment， and the occurrence of ADR was observed in 2 groups. RESULTS： 10 min， 1， 2， 4 and 6 h after treatment， VAS score of 2 groups were significantly lower than before， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）； 6 h after treatment， VAS score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）； there was no statistical significance in VAS score between 2 groups 10 min， 1， 2 and 4 h after treatment （P＞0.05）. The incidence of ADR in observation group （5.26％） was significantly lower than in control group （21.05％）， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Compared with ketorolac tromethamine alone， ketorolac tromethamine combined with butorphanol tartrate shows shorter analgesia duration， similar therapeutic efficacy， and lower incidence of ADR. |
