| 中文摘要： | 目的：改进注射用丹参多酚酸盐中丹酚酸B含量的测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水（30 ∶ 10 ∶ 1 ∶ 59，V/V/V/V），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为286 nm，柱温为25 ℃，进样量为10 μl。结果：丹酚酸B检测质量浓度线性范围为0.1～3.2 mg/ml（r＝0.999 6）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜2.0％；加样回收率为98.15％～100.23％（RSD＝0.58％，n＝9）。结论：改进的方法灵敏度更高、重复性更好，适用于测定注射用丹参多酚酸盐中丹酚酸B的含量。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To improve the method of content determination of salvianolic acid B in Salvianolate injection. METHODS： HPLC method performed on the column of Hypersil ODS C18 with mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-methanoic acid-water （30 ∶ 10 ∶ 1 ∶ 59，V/V/V/V） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min， detection wavelength was 286 nm， column temperature was 25 ℃， and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS： The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.1-3.2 mg/ml（r＝0.999 6）；RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2％； recovery was 98.15％-100.23％（RSD＝0.58％，n＝9）. CONCLUSIONS： The improved method is more sensitive and reproducible， and suitable for the content determination of salvianolic acid B in Salvianolate injection. |
