| 中文摘要： | 多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是育龄期女性常见的生殖内分泌及代谢紊乱疾病，慢性低度炎症状态与其发病密切相关。研究证实，NOD样受体蛋白3（NLRP3）炎症小体作为先天免疫系统的关键复合体，其异常活化不仅介导卵巢局部炎性微环境的形成，还深度参与了PCOS患者的高雄激素血症、卵泡发育停滞及全身胰岛素抵抗进程。多种单味中药及其活性成分（如人参皂苷、月见草油、红花黄色素等）以及中药复方（如健脾益肾化浊方、补肾化痰方、补肾活络汤等）可通过抑制NLRP3炎性小体异常活化，有效缓解PCOS相关的慢性低度炎症状态，改善胰岛素抵抗、高雄激素血症及卵巢微环境异常，最终促进卵泡发育和排卵功能恢复。但现有研究方法学质量普遍偏低，临床转化仍受限于实验模型异质性、药效物质基础不清及高质量循证数据缺乏，未来仍需应用多组学技术深入分析中药复方配伍规律，并依据PCOS不同表型开展分层研究。 |
| 英文摘要： | Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is a common reproductive-endocrine and metabolic disorder in women of reproductive age， and chronic low-grade inflammation is closely associated with its pathogenesis. Studies have confirmed that the abnormal activation of NOD-like receptor protein 3 （NLRP3） inflammasome， a key complex of the innate immune system， not only mediates the formation of local ovarian inflammatory microenvironment， but also deeply participates in the processes of hyperandrogenemia， follicular developmental arrest and systemic insulin resistance in PCOS patients. A variety of single-herb medicines and their active ingredients （such as ginsenosides， evening primrose oil， safflower yellow， etc.）， as well as compound prescriptions including Jianpi yishen huazhuo formula， Bushen huatan formula and Bushen huoluo decoction， can effectively alleviate chronic low-grade inflammation related to PCOS， ameliorate insulin resistance， hyperandrogenemia and abnormal ovarian microenvironment by inhibiting the abnormal activation of NLRP3 inflammasome， and ultimately promote follicular development and the recovery of ovulatory function. Nevertheless， the methodological quality of existing studies is generally low， and clinical translation is still restricted by the heterogeneity of experimental models， unclear pharmacodynamic material basis and lack of high-quality evidence-based data. Multi-omics technologies should be adopted in future research to further analyze the compatibility rules of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions， and stratified studies should be carried out according to different phenotypes of PCOS. |
