| 中文摘要： | 目的：探讨环磷腺苷葡胺治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择2015年5月－2016年1月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者80例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组患者予以常规治疗；观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用环磷腺苷葡胺注射液120 mg加入5％葡萄糖注射液250 mL中，ivgtt，qd。两组患者均治疗7 d。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、N末端脑利钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平，并记录两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者临床总有效率（92.50％）显著高于对照组（75.00％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平均显著降低，且观察组水平显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：环磷腺苷葡胺治疗急性心肌梗死疗效显著，能明显降低患者血清hs-CRP和NT-proBNP水平，且安全性较高。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of acute myocardium infarction. METHODS： A total of 80 patients with acute myocardium infarction in our hospital during May 2015-Jan. 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table， 40 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional treatment. Observation group was additionally given Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection 120 mg added into 5％ Glucose injection 250 mL， ivgtt， qd， on the basis of control group. Both groups received treatment for 7 d. Clinical efficacies as well as the levels of serum hs-CRP and NT-proBNP before and after treatment were observed in 2 groups， and the occurrence of ADR was compared between 2 groups. RESULTS： Total response rate of observation group （92.50％） was significantly higher than that of control group （75.00％）， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. Before treatment， there was no statistical significance in the serum levels of hs-CRP or NT-proBNP between 2 groups （P＞0.05）. After treatment， the serum levels of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in 2 groups were decreased significantly， and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group， with statistical significance （P＜0.05）. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups （P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate shows significant therapeutic efficacy for acute myocardium infarction， reduces serum levels of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP significantly with good safety. |
