| 中文摘要： | 目的：为进一步促进非处方中成药类感冒药的合理使用提供参考。方法：采用整群抽样方法，随机抽取成都医学院临床医学本科四年级学生126名，通过问卷调查法（126名学生）和访谈法（其中20名学生）就其对非处方中成药类感冒药认知和使用情况进行调查，并就相关数据进行统计和分析。结果：共发放问卷126份，回收有效问卷126份，有效回收率为100％；所选取的20名受访学生均配合完成访谈。问卷调查结果显示，受访学生中有88.1％购买和服用过非处方中成药类感冒药；有78.6％不知道药品通用名含有“感冒”“抗感”“感”等字样的感冒药都是中成药；有71.4％认为自己至少能判断一种类型的感冒，而其中有87.8％表示对能判断的全部或部分类型感冒可以选择合适的非处方中成药类感冒药。访谈调查结果显示，受访学生均不能利用中医理论来确切描述相关类型感冒的含义，也不能完整、全面、准确地描述相关类型感冒的症状，在正确选择用于风寒感冒、风热感冒、体虚感冒的合适的非处方中成药类感冒药方面的情况也很不理想。结论：该医学院校医学生对非处方中成药类感冒药的通用名了解不够，对中医有关感冒的理论认识不够，且对非处方中成药类感冒药的选择情况不令人满意。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for further promoting rational use of over-the-counter Chinese patent medicine cold medicine. METHODS： A total of 126 clinical medical students in grade four of Chengdu Medical College were randomly selected from Chengdu Medical College by using the method of cluster sampling. Their perception and use of over-the-counter Chinese patent medicine cold medicine were investigated by questionnaire survey （126 students） and interview method （20 of them）. The related data were counted and analyzed. RESULTS： A total of 126 questionnaires were issued and 126 valid ones were recovered with effective recovery rate of 100％. 20 interviewed students completed interview. Results of questionnaire survey showed that 88.1％ of the respondents had purchased and used over-the-counter Chinese patent medicine cold medicine； 78.6％ of them didn’t knew cold medicine with the name of “ganmao” “kanggan” “gan” was Chinese patent medicine； 71.4％ of them thought they could distinguish at least one type of cold； 87.8％ of them thought they could choose suitable over-the-counter Chinese patent medicine cold medicine by distinguish all or part of cold. Results of interview survey showed that the respondents couldn’t definitely describe the content of related cold types by using TCM theory and also couldn’t describe the complete， comprehensive and accurate symptoms of related cold types； the correct choice of suitable over-the-counter Chinese patent medicine cold medicine for wind cold， wind-heat type cold and common cold was not ideal. CONCLUSIONS： Medical students of the medical college don’t know enough about the generic name of over-the-counter Chinese patent medicine cold medicine and the theory of cold in traditional Chinese medicine. The students’ choice of over-the-counter Chinese patent medicine cold medicine is unsatisfactory. |
