| 中文摘要： | 目的：提高免疫抑制剂合理用药水平。方法：介绍我院免疫抑制剂超说明书用药现状，主要包括超适应证用药、超适应年龄组用药、超联合用药，并查找相关依据，分析其使用的有效性、安全性和合理性。结果与结论：免疫抑制剂超说明书用药需要有科学、合理的依据，以患者利益为考量，在病情需要且结合了患者知情同意的情况下可以适当合理地超说明书用药，但要定期监测患者血药浓度等实验室指标及不良反应情况，根据临床表现调整用药方案。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To explore how to avoid the risks of immunosuppressant off-label uses. METHODS： The situation of immunosuppressant off-label uses was introduced in our hospital， mainly including over indication drug use， over age drug use， over drug combination. Related reference were checked to analyze the effectiveness， safety and reasonability. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS： Immunosuppressant off-label use needs scientific and reasonable basis. In consideration of patients’ interests and medical necessity， off-label drug use could be carried out appropriately and reasonably in situations where patients are aware of the risks and consent. However， laboratory index， like blood concentration， and adverse reactions should be monitored at regular intervals， therapeutic regimens are supposed to be adjusted based on clinical manifestation. |
