| 中文摘要： | 目的：探讨如何建立良好的药品管理、调剂、应用的流程、制度和工作模式，以期为医院的狂犬病疫苗的风险管理和合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2013－2014年狂犬病疫苗使用情况、贮藏温度监控情况进行统计，并对我院狂犬病疫苗的风险管理与使用进行分析，提出管理措施和注意事项。结果：我院人用狂犬病疫苗（Vero细胞）、狂犬病人免疫球蛋白2014年用量均较2013年增加；医院贮藏库#1标签位置与调剂库#1、#2标签位置可满足狂犬病疫苗贮藏条件；其风险管理可从药品请领、冷链管理、药品管理、药品调剂等方面操作；临床用药需注意药品不良反应。结论：开展对医院狂犬病疫苗的风险管理和合理用药指导具有一定意义。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To explore how to establish good procedure， system and mode of drug management， dispensing and application， in order to provide reference for risk management and rational use of rabies vaccine. METHODS： The use of rabies vaccine and storage temperature monitoring in our hospital during 2013-2014 were analyzed statistically， and risk management and use of rabies vaccine in our hospital were analyzed， and management measures and attentions were put forward. RESULTS： The amount of vaccinum rabiel （Vero cell） and human rabies immunoglobulin in our hospital were increased in 2014， compared to 2013. The position labeled with #1 in storehouse and that of labeled with #1 and #2 in dispensing store could meet the storage condition of rabies vaccine. Risk management could be carried out in fields of drug requisition， cold chain management， drug management and drug dispensing. ADR should be paid attention. CONCLUSIONS： It is of significance to develop risk management and rational medication guidance of rabies vaccine. |
