| 中文摘要： | 目的：为提高维C银翘片质量标准和改善药品质量提供理论依据。方法：采用2010年版《中国药典》（一部）维C银翘片项下的高效液相色谱法，测定并比较多个厂家维C银翘片中绿原酸、牛蒡苷、维生素C、对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。结果：不同厂家维C银翘片中5种成分的含量差异较大。结论：可考虑改进《中国药典》中收载的维C银翘片的含量测定方法；另厂家应注意对该制剂生产工艺的提高和中药材质量的控制。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE：To improve the quality standard of Vitamin C yinqiao tablet， and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the standards and quality of medicines. METHODS：HPLC in Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010 edition） was conducted to determine the content of chlorogenic acid， arctiin， vitamin C， acetaminophen， chlorphenamine maleate in Vitamin C yinqiao tablet from multiple manufacturers. RESULTS：There were big differences of the 5 components in Vitamin C yinqiao tablet among different manufacturers. CONCLUSIONS：The content determination method for Vitamin C yinqiao tablet contained in Chinese Pharmacopoeia remains to be further improved； and the manufacturers should pay attention to the process of production and quality of traditional Chinese medicinal materials of the preparation. |
