| 中文摘要： | 目的：建立同时测定感冒清片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Thermo BDS C18，流动相为甲醇-水（梯度洗脱），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为 225 nm（穿心莲内酯） 、254 nm（脱水穿心莲内酯），柱温为30 ℃，进样量为10 μl。结果：穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的检测质量浓度线性范围分别为2.25～45.00、1.00～20.00 μg/ml（r＝0.999 9）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤0.8％；加样回收率分别为96.96％～99.80％、96.79％～100.65％，RSD分别为1.0％、1.5％（n＝9）。结论： 该方法简便、准确、可靠，可用于感冒清片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for simultaneous determination of andrographlide and dehydroandrographolide in Ganmaoqing tablet. METHODS： HPLC was performed on the column of Thermo BDS C18 with mobile phase of mathanol-water at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min， detection wavelength was 225 nm for andrographlide and 254 nm for dehydroandrographolide， column temperature was 30 ℃， and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS：The linear range was 2.25-45.00 μg/ml for andrographlide（r＝0.999 8） and 1.00-20.00 μg/ml for dehydroandrographolid（r＝0.999 0）； RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were no more than 0.8％； average recoveries were 96.96％-99.80％（n＝9） and 96.79％-100.65％（n＝9）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple， accurate and reliable， and can be used for the quality control of andrographlide and dehydroandrographolide in Ganmaoqing tablet. |
