| 中文摘要： | 目的：研究安息香的化学成分。方法：采用薄层层析硅胶柱、RP-18反向硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、半制备高效液相柱对安息香的化学成分进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果：从安息香中分离得到 6个香脂酸类化合物，分别鉴定为Bis（2-ethylhexyl）phthalate（1）、1-O-methy-guaiacylglycerol（2）、Threo-5-hydroxy-3，7-dimethoxyphenylpr- opane-8，9-diol（3）、苯甲酸（4）、香草酸（5）、香草醛（6）。结论：化合物1、2、3为首次从安息香中分离得到，该研究为安息香质量评价奠定了一定基础。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To study the chemical constituents in Styrax tonkinensis. METHODS： The chemical constituents in S. tonkinensis was separated and purified by silica gel， medium pressure RP-18， Sephadex LH-20， semi-preparative HPLC， and the compound structure was analyzed and identified based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS： 6 compounds were separated from B.Styracis， namely Bis （2-ethylhexyl）phthalate （1）， 1-O-methy-guaiacylglycerol （2）， Threo-5-hydroxy-3， 7-dimethoxyphenylpropane-8， 9-diol （3）， Benzoic acid （4）， Vanillic acid （5） and Vanillin （6）. CONCLUSIONS： Compound 1， 2 and 3 are isolated from S. tonkinensis for the first time， and the study has laid a certain foundation for its quality evaluation. |
