中文摘要: 目的:探讨心脑欣丸对肺心病合并冠心病患者慢性阻塞性肺病评估测试(CAT)评分以及心肺功能和血液流变学的影响。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,将80例肺心病合并冠心病患者根据治疗方案不同分成对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者给予平喘祛痰吸氧、抗感染、纠正酸碱平衡、强心、利尿等常规方法治疗;观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予心脑欣丸辅助治疗,每次1.0 g,bid,饭后服用。比较两组患者治疗前后的CAT评分、心肺功能、血液流变学指标,以及治疗后的缺血性心电图改善效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,除血液流变学指标中的血细胞比容变化不明显外,两组患者的CAT评分、其余血液流变学指标、心肺功能指标均较治疗前显著改善,且观察组患者的改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者缺血性心电图总有效率为90.0%,观察组为92.5%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心脑欣丸能够有效提升肺心病合并冠心病患者的CAT评分和心肺功能,改善其血液流变学,临床疗效较好,但其用药安全性值得临床关注。
英文摘要: OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of Xinnaoxin pills on CAT score, cardiopulmonary function and hemorheology of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicating with coronary heart disease. METHODS: In retrospective study, 80 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicating with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given routine treatment as relieving asthma, eliminating phlegm and oxygen inhalation, anti-infective treatment, correcting acid-base balance, cardiotonic and diuretic treatment. Observation group was additionally given Xinnaoxin pills 1.0 g/time, bid after meal, on the basis of control group. CAT score, cardiopulmonary function and hemorheology index were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment as well as ischemic ECG improvement effect and the occurrence of ADR after treatment. RESULTS: After treatment, hematocrit hematocrit had changed slightly among hemorheology indexes, and CAT score, other hemorheology indexes and cardiopulmonary function indexes were improved significantly; the improvement of observation group was better than that of control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Total effective rate of ischemic ECG was 90.0% in control group and 92.5% in observation group, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Xinnaoxin pills can effectively improve CAT score and cardiopulmonary function of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicating with coronary heart disease. It also can improve hemorheology and shows good clinical efficacy, but great importance should be attached to the safety of drug use in the clinic.
