中文摘要: 目的:分析南、北葶苈子的挥发性成分,并比较其差异。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取法对葶苈子的挥发性成分进行提取,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法检测成分,采用面积归一化法计算各成分相对含量。结果:南、北葶苈子的挥发性成分分别为25、18种,分别占各自挥发性成分总量的75.76%、64.29%,其中含量最高的化学成分分别为β-石竹烯、邻甲基苯腈。结论:该方法操作简便,结果可靠,可用于南、北葶苈子挥发性成分的分析;南、北葶苈子的挥发性成分在种类和含量上差异较大。该研究为快速鉴定南、北葶苈子提供了依据。
英文摘要: OBJECTIVE: To analyze the volatile components in Descurainia sophia and Lepidium apetalum and compare its differences. METHODS: HS-SPME was conducted for extracting volatile components in D. sophia and L. apetalum, GC-MS was used for detecting components, and area normalization method was adopted for calculating relative content of each component. RESULTS: The volatile components in D. sophia and L. apetalum were 25 and 18, accounting for 75.76% and 64.29% of total volatile components, respectively, and chemical components with the highest contents were β-caryophyllene and O-tolunitrile. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple,reliable, and can be used for the analysis of volatile components in D. sophia and L. apetalum. The volatile components show great differences in the kinds and contents, the study can provide basis for rapid identification of D. sophia and L. apetalum.
