| 中文摘要： | 目的：建立测定利心丸中毛蕊花糖苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-Aq，流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液（16 ∶ 84，V/V），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为334 nm，柱温为30 ℃，进样量为10 μl。结果：毛蕊花糖苷检测进样量线性范围为0.254 4～1.526 4 μg（r＝0.999 7）；定量限为1.358 6 μg/ml，检测限为0.407 6 μg/ml；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜2％；加样回收率为95.06％～97.31％（RSD＝1.05％，n＝6）。结论：该方法操作简便、结果准确，适用于测定利心丸中毛蕊花糖苷的含量。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of verbascoside in Lixin pill. METHODS： HPLC was performed on the column of ZORBAX SB-Aq with mobile phase of acetonitrile-1％ phosphoric acid solution （16 ∶ 84，V/V） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min， detection wavelength was 334 nm， column temperature was 30℃， and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS： The linear range of verbascoside was 0.254 4-1.526 4 μg（r＝0.999 7）； limit of quantification was 1.358 6 μg/ml， and limit of detection was 0.407 6 μg/ml； RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2％； recovery was 95.06％-97.31％（RSD＝1.05％，n＝6）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple， accurate， and suitable for the content determination of verbascoside in Lixin pill. |
