中文摘要: 目的:为促进门诊药房智能发药系统的有效使用提供参考。方法:分析我院在使用门诊药房智能发药系统过程中出现的主要问题,总结相关改进措施及成效。结果与结论:针对门诊药房智能系统在使用过程中存在的药品效期管理方法烦琐、发药系统设备易发生出药差错、药品上机率低、处方发药窗口分流不均、盘存账物相符率不高、盘存数据汇总操作复杂等问题。我院制订了系列改进措施,包括规范加药规程、合理利用发药系统中的注射剂柜、更改软件设置以缩小各发药窗口的处方分配量、利用Excel软件进行盘存数据的导入和转换等措施。改进后智能发药系统药品有效期管理方法简化且可控,设备出药差错率由0.43%下降到0.33%,药品上机率由59%上升到76%,各取药窗口处方调配数差异缩小,部分药品加药频次由日均16次下降至5次,药品账物相符率由89.1%增加到96.3%,盘存数据汇总耗时缩短等。以上措施不但有效利用了发药设备,且提高了工作效率和工作质量,减少了相关人员的工作量,提高了为患者调配药品的服务水平。
英文摘要: OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for improving the application of intelligent dispensing system in outpatient pharmacy. METHODS: The main problems existed in intelligent dispensing systems of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital were analyzed, and the relative improvement measures and achievements were summarized. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: There still were some problems which can not be ignored, such as cumbersome drug expiry management method, drug delivery error easily caused by dispensing system, low proportion of drug delivered by machine, uneven distribution of prescription drug windows, low proportion of account agreeing with physical inventory, complex inventory data summary. A series of improvement measures were formulated in our hospital, including standardizing drug supplement procedure, rationally using injection cabinet of drug dispensing system, reducing the amount of prescriptions in each window by adjusting software settings, importing and converting data by Excel, etc. After improvement, the drug expiry management method for intelligent dispensing system was simplified and controllable; the rate of drug delivery error decreased from 0.43% to 0.33%; the proportion of drug delivered by machine increased from 59% to 76%; the difference of prescription amount among theses windows decreased, and the frequency of adding drugs for some types decreased from 16 times/day to 5 times/day; the proportion of account agreeing with physical inventory increased from 89.1% to 96.3%; the duration of inventory data summary shortened, etc. These measures not only effectively utilize dispensing machine, but also improve work efficiency and quality, reduce the workload of related staff and promote the level of drug dispensing service.
