| 中文摘要： | 目的：考察玛咖粉对肾阳虚证卵巢早衰（POF）模型大鼠卵巢的养护作用。方法：将40只成年性成熟大鼠（♀）随机分为正常组、模型组、淫羊藿组[阳性药物，1 g/（kg·d）]和玛咖粉低、高剂量组[2.5、5 g/（kg·d）]，每组8只。除正常组外，其余各组大鼠每天im氢化可的松[32 mg/（kg·d）]，连续12 d，复制肾阳虚证POF模型。成模后，各给药组大鼠ig相应药物，正常组和模型组大鼠ig纯净水，每天上、下午各给药1次，连续14 d。观察各组大鼠体质量、摄食量、卵巢指数、子宫指数、动情周期以及血清生殖激素[雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）]水平的变化。结果：给药结束后，与正常组比较，模型组大鼠体质量、卵巢指数降低，动情周期紊乱，血清中E2含量减少，血清中FSH、LH水平以及FSH/ LH比值升高（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。与模型组比较，淫羊藿组和玛卡粉高剂量组大鼠动情周期紊乱情况、卵巢指数以及血清生殖激素水平得到明显改善（P＜0.05）； 玛卡粉低剂量组大鼠仅卵巢指数和血清中LH水平明显改善（P＜0.05），其余各指标差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：高剂量玛咖粉能较好地恢复肾阳虚证POF大鼠的卵巢功能，恢复紊乱的动情周期，改善卵巢指数和血清生殖激素水平，对卵巢有一定的养护作用。 |
| 英文摘要： | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the maintenance effects of Lepidium meyenii powder on ovary of premature ovarian failure （POF） model rats with Kidney-Yang deficiency pattern. METHODS： 40 sexually mature rats （♀） were randomly divided to normal group， model group， epimedium group [positive drug， 1 g/（kg·d）]， L. meyenii powder low-dose and high-dose groups [2.5， 5 g/（kg·d）] with 8 rats in each group. Except for normal group， those groups were given hydrocortisone [32 mg/（kg·d）] intramuscularly every day， for consecutive 12 d to induce Kidney-Yang deficiency pattern POF model. After modeling， treatment groups were given relevant drugs intragastrically， and normal group and model group were given purified water intragastrically， twice a day， morning and afternoon， for consecutive 14 d. The changes of body weight， food consumption， ovary index， uterus index， estrous cycle and serum reproductive hormone （E2， FSH， LH） were observed in each group. RESULTS： At the end of administration， compared with normal group， body weight， ovary index and serum level of E2 decreased and estrous cycle disturbance was found in model group； while the levels of FSH and LH in serum， FSH/LH ratio increased （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Compared with model group， estrous cycle disturbance， ovary index and serum reproductive hormone level were improved significantly in epimedium group and L. meyenii powder high-dose group （P＜0.05）. Only ovary index and serum level of LH were improved significantly in L. meyenii powder low-dose group （P＜0.05）， there was no statistical significance in other index （P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： High-dose L. meyenii powder could promote the recovery of ovary function and the estrous cycle， and improve the ovary index and serum reproductive hormone level in POF model rats with Kidney-Yang deficiency pattern. It shows certain effect on the maintenance of ovarium. |
